EMAILS: If you do not receive a copy of your paid invoice by email immediately after placing your order, check your spam folder and mark our emails as "not spam", especially if you have a Gmail or AOL email account. Our emails include very important information about the product(s) you purchased, package tracking, warranty information, essential product instructions and more.

AGE REQUIRMENT: When purchasing from this website you represent that you are at least age 18.

PRODUCT USE: When purchasing from this website you represent that you will only use the product(s) in a lawful manner.

PRIVACY: No information is shared with any government entity, unless it has been positively established that and order was placed with a stolen credit card number.

To protect our customers' privacy, all packages show World Net Enterprises, Inc., Stun Gun Superstore's parent company, as the sender.

LEGALITY: Pepper spray products are legal in the state of New York, but must be purchased from a local dealer. We cancel ALL New York pepper spray product orders.

Even though electric stun devices are now legal in Hawaii; they must be purchased from a local dealer. Stun devices are still illegal in Rhode Island. We cancel ALL Hawaii and Rhode Island stun device orders.

RETURNS: Should you wish to return all or part of your order, click the contact us link on this website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase in "like new" condition and must include all original packaging and package contents. Taser projectile stun guns, pepper spray products, batteries and power magazines are not returnable. All defective products are returnable for replacement.

EXPORT REQUIREMENTS: After you receive your order, should you wish to ship the item(s) purchased to an international location an export license may be required.

ID VERIFICATION: Please note that we prefer to ship orders to the billing address of the credit card used to pay for the order. If shipping to a different address, we may contact you initially by text seeking ID verification.

FRAUD POLICY: World Net Enterprises, Inc., parent company of Stun Gun Superstore, takes fraud very seriously. Seven individuals have been incarcerated as a result of purchasing from this website since 2004 using stolen credit card numbers. In addition, two individuals were charged with wire and mail fraud for stating they didn't receive their package, yet it was established by the GPS delivery scan of the carrier and law enforcement authorities that they actually received and were using the products. All orders are screened for fraud before shipment. Immediately after it is established (through communication with the actual owner of a credit card and the card issuing bank) that an order was placed using a stolen credit card, local and federal authorities are notified and dispatched to the location where the fraudulent order was placed and/or the ship-to address. IP Addresses (physical location of computers) and unique mobile device identifiers with exact location of device are recorded upon checkout. If you are thinking of defrauding World Net Enterprises in any way whatsoever, DON'T. You WILL be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
